The fine print: All rates are subject to VAT. *Minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all jobs. Rates exclude all materials, congestion charge, and parking costs. Any cancellations must be made in email or text form and a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time will incur a £70+VAT cancellation fee. From time-to-time we may outsource specialised work or work outside our remit.
